Europart Specialist's objective is to manage returns at the lowest possible cost to our customers and ourselves. Returns are costly to manage, and we do our best to minimize their frequency.  We are not in the returns business!

We do not make any money from returns, as we are only interested in recovering a part of the real costs incurred while managing them. It is for this reason that we have a re-stocking fee. 

We are very proud to say that our current return rate is less than 0.5%, one of the lowest in the industry. You can shop with confidence! However, if you need to return items, we will help you.
